Wise, inside E1pi: check, pay, transfer. Face ID, never a password.

Balances in a sentence, bills paid from the payables list, every Wise transaction in your ERP by morning, team debit cards you can watch. Anything that moves money needs your face, not a password.

The bank joins the back office

E1pi already reads your books live, in Tally Prime, SAP or QuickBooks, and checks every bill before it is paid. From today it also talks to the account the money actually sits in. E1pi supports Wise business accounts: the multi-currency balances, transfers, statements and debit cards of your Wise business profiles, for every company in the group.

For a business that buys and sells across borders, Wise is often where the SGD, USD, AUD, EUR, INR and PHP balances live. Until now that meant logging in, downloading statements, keying entries by hand, and emailing someone to approve a transfer. Now you ask E1pi, in the app or in Teams, and it does the running around. You do the approving, with Face ID.

Check: what is in the bank, right now

"What is in Wise?" returns every balance of every profile, by currency, next to the matching bank ledger in your ERP, with any difference shown and explained: the transfer that has left Wise but is not yet booked, the card payment still pending. The same questions you ask a bookkeeper, answered from the live account.

  • "Did the payment to Lian Tian go out?" The transfer, its status, the Wise reference and the fee.
  • "Show me the last seven days on the USD balance." The statement lines, each with the ledger it was booked to.
  • "Bank balance confirmation as at 31 March." The auditor's letter, every bank ledger with its dated closing balance, as a PDF.

Pay: the week's bills, one Face ID

Bills Payable is one of the 12 reports. Ask "what is due this week?" and E1pi lists the supplier bills by due date, each already checked: against the purchase order and the quote, the GST, duplicates, the transporter's real route distance. Say "pay these" and it prepares the batch: payee, the Wise balance to pay from, amount, the fee Wise will charge, the expected arrival.

Then it stops and asks. You read the list on your phone, Face ID, and E1pi sends the transfers through Wise, posts the payment vouchers to your ERP with the Wise reference in the narration, and puts a status card in the Teams group chat: paid, by whom, when. The acknowledgement to the supplier is drafted on WhatsApp, for you to send. One request, one face, a week of payments closed.

Expense claims go the same way. An approved claim becomes a Wise transfer to the employee, and the journal entry is already in the books.

Transfer: between currencies, between companies

"Move 20,000 SGD to the USD balance." "Fund the Australian company's AUD balance from Singapore." E1pi quotes the Wise rate and fee, you approve with Face ID, and the contra entries are posted on both sides. In a USD-base company the SGD leg carries the rate of the day, so the books agree to the cent. An intercompany transfer lands in both companies' ledgers at once, which is how a group of several companies stays reconciled without a spreadsheet.

Every transaction in your ERP by morning

Set it up once: "Sync Wise into Tally every morning at six." Each day E1pi downloads every transaction on every balance since the last run and matches each line to a ledger in your ERP: the supplier you paid, the customer who paid you, the card ending 8675 held by Aesha, the Wise fee. It then creates the entries, Payment, Receipt or Contra, with the statement line attached to the voucher so an auditor can see where it came from.

Multi-currency is handled. A USD-base company with an SGD balance gets the SGD amount, the rate of the day and the USD value on every voucher. A line E1pi cannot place with confidence goes to Suspense and is flagged for a person; nothing is guessed silently. The morning digest in Teams lists what was posted and what needs a look.

The same works from a PDF statement if you would rather upload one: each entry is shown with a crop of the exact statement line, a Send to Tally button and an Undo.

Team debit cards: issue, and watch the spend

Ask E1pi to issue a Wise debit card to a team member, and the card shows up under their name, with their photo from Microsoft 365. From then on "card spend, last three months" gives you one line per person: total per currency, month by month, categories, top merchants, every transaction with its fee, and the checks nobody has time to run by hand: weekend spend, large amounts, same-day duplicates, refunds, countries, pending and declined attempts.

Card lines flow into the same nightly sync, booked to the cardholder's ledger, and the receipts the engineer drops in Teams are matched to them for the expense claim. The card, the statement and the claim are one record.

Face ID, never a password

Here is the rule we built the whole thing around: anything that moves money, a payment, a transfer, a new card, runs only after a biometric on the device in your hand. Face ID on iPhone, Touch ID on Mac, fingerprint or face on Windows. There is no password anywhere in the chain, because a password is the weakest link there is: it can be shared, reused, phished, read off a sticky note or typed into the wrong page. A face cannot be emailed.

Signing in to E1pi is already passkey plus biometric, with no password to set. Over the internet it is biometric plus a device certificate issued by E1pi's own CA server, inside a schedule window you control. A stolen phone without your face, a laptop without its certificate, a request outside office hours: all three stop at the door.

Larger amounts can need more than one face. "Any transfer above 50,000 needs Disha, then me" is a sentence to the AI; from then on the approvals run in that order, with reminders until done, and a permanent record of who approved what and when. The AI prepares, checks and explains. People approve.

The AI can line up every payment for the week. Not one of them moves until a person looks at the list and shows their face.

Your Wise credentials live on the E1pi installed in your office, like your Microsoft 365 tokens: never on our servers, never sent to the model. The model sees the minimal text it needs to match a line or draft a message; it never sees a key. And your admin sees, and can record, each and every call the AI makes, one timeline per user, stitched in order.
