Leave empty for demo replies. To go live, ask your E1pi: “create a website chat key for www.yourcompany.com” — it answers with the webhook URL. Paste it here; from then on every visitor message goes to your own E1pi server, replies stream back as full HTML (pipe html included) and nothing touches a third party.

Your snippet

Install

  1. Paste the snippet just before </body> on every page — or once in your site's footer template.
  2. Inline needs a home: add <div id="e1pi-inline"></div> where the assistant should sit, for example under the product title.
  3. Optional: any link to #e1pi or element with data-e1pi-open opens the widget. From code: E1PI.open(), E1PI.send("…"), E1PI.setTheme("dark").
  4. No cookies, no third-party calls. Nothing leaves the visitor's page until your webhook URL is set — then messages go to your own E1pi server only, and replies come back as full HTML.
